In Chinese,adjectives like verbs ,can act as predicate without the verb“是shì”，however the adjectives are seldom used alone.always together with“很”，here“很”need not to be translated into “very”.

For example: 我今天很忙（I am busy today）

                   我最近有点儿忙  （I am a little bit busy ）

                  我最近不太忙 （I am not very busy）
